The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the vibrant sights of Fort Kochi, providing easy access to nearby attractions while nestled in a quiet, pedestrianized street. George and his team were truly attentive, ensuring my elderly father received extra care, especially with meals and mobility. The spacious room-Gallery 1-offered comfort and interesting artwork, although the overall quality of food and facilities left something to be desired. While the dinner was delicious, the breakfast options were limited, and I really missed a continental touch. The pool section was disappointing, with only one shaded sunbed available. Despite these drawbacks, the personalized service adds value and warmth that many larger establishments lack. If you're looking for a cozy, boutique hotel experience with outstanding staff willing to accommodate unique needs, Postcard Mandalay Hall could be the right choice for you. Just keep in mind the trade-off between luxury and some essential amenities. It's about finding the genuine experience after all.
